So, you have an iPad... and you never use it. If you're anything like me your laptop rules from 9am-5pm and your iPhone fills all the gaps in between. Even during travel, I've found I rather read a tangible book and ditch the electronics. In my mind, my iPad was just a larger version of my phone that couldn't make phone calls - useless.
As I struggled to find a unique function for my neglected little iPad, I continued to use my phone and laptop for just about every digital need. That was until I came extremely close to spilling a glass of wine on my keypad while looking up recipes in the kitchen!
In this moment, my sweet little iPad was no longer useless - it had a purpose! I dusted the little guy off, charged him up, and found him a fancy little stand at Bed Bath & Beyond to prop him up next to the stove.
I didn't stop there. I downloaded some of my favorite cooking apps (Cooking Lite!) along with several cooking magazines to fuel my inspiration in the kitchen. I then organized all those foodie pics previously posted to Instagram & made Photo Albums categorized by meals. Just like that, my own digital cookbook was born!
So what are the advantages to ditching the tangible cookbook and swapping for an eVersion?
Have any additional ideas for my new digital cook book? I'd love to hear from you!
