Prepare 1 cup of white quinoa in a sauce pan. While the quinoa is cooking, add the Asian vegetable stir-fry in a skillet on medium heat with a few tablespoons of coconut oil and cover with a lid. Stir occasionally until vegetables are steamed through. Once the vegetables in the Asian stir-fry are steamed, add 2-3 cups of zucchini noodles to the skillet. Then, add about 2 cups of the Original Teriyaki sauce to the skillet and stir. Cover the skillet on low for about 3 minutes so the "zoodles" can steam lightly with the stir-fry and absorb the delicious teriyaki flavors. Once the vegetables are cooked, serve the stir-fry and "zoodles" over a serving of quinoa, and enjoy!
